Visidence

The multidisciplinary project team, Visidence, has developed a technological platform which enables unique high-resolution analysis of cell-to-cell interactions. With this ability, the intention is to focus on developing a prognostic donor-patient compatibility test system for hematopoietic stem cell transplantations (HSCT). The test will enable the prediction of graft-versus-host-disease and/or graft-versus-leukemia. HSCT is a lethal and costly procedure; the successful development of our prognostic test would effectively save lives and lower treatment costs.
