The solution protects the bearing construction from mould infestations, thus preventing an unfavorable and bad smelling indoor environment causing severe allergy-related health problems. The method is affordable, non-invasive and energy effective for the house-owner.

DryZeph
DryZeph is designed to be a preventive measure against mold in crawlspaces by the use of intelligent ventilation. However, by the help of the add-on DryControl, it can be scaled into a combination of intelligent dehumidification and ventilation. This means that DryZeph now has the ability to control and decrease the cost of using an external dehumidifier, by controlling and running it in an efficient way. DryControl makes it possible for DryZeph to be installed in even already damaged crawlspaces, making sure that the negative effects of the damage is kept to a minimum.
The products are available in the regions surrounding Göteborg, Stockholm and Laholm and will soon be available in Örebro, Skellefteå and Mälardalen.
