Tenroc Technologies from CSE took home first prize and a check of SEK 200 000 for best business plan in Western Sweden.
BioNordum from GIBBS received third prize in the competition with a SEK 50 000 check, as well as a prize for the best Food & Health project, where they received SEK 25 000 in consulting from the Food & Health Concept Center and SEK 25 000 in scholarships.
BioNordum and another GIBBS project, Traccine Pharmaceuticals, shared the audience's prize for the best 30sec pitches on the night. As a prize they received a special prize from GU Holding with many services as well as around 30-40 business cards from the audience who want to help with their services.
The Venture Cup West Finals took place April 29th, with 13 projects nominated from the western region of Sweden. Encubator contributed with seven of these and three of them did not go home empty-handed.
The top three teams will now compete in the national finals in Luleå on June 9th.
