Oxeon is expanding its factory in Borås to be able to satisfy its customers' need for its products.
Oxeon is growing and the demand for its products is increasing so they have decided to expand its factory in Borås, which they moved to in 2007.
The sports industry is particularly interested in the light carbon fabric, which Oxeon produces. Clients include companies that produce Formula-1 cars, hockey-sticks, kayaks, competition rowboats and bicycles.
The advantage of Oxeon's light carbon fabric is that the surface is more even and smooth and the carbon fibers bend less, which causes the material to be more stiff and the entire product is a lot lighter.
Oxeon works around the clock, seven days a week to produce as much as possible for their clients so the expansion of the factory is needed.
Oxeon provides patented high performance spread tow carbon reinforcements.
