Svenska Spel has bought the newly formed, sister company to ICU Intelligence, Playscan AB.
Encubator's portfolio company, ICU Intelligence has been bought by Svenska Spel. Playscan AB, the sister company to ICU Intelligence will become a part of the Svenska Spel group and will continue to exist as a part of the group. The company, ICU Intelligence, will still exist but without it's Playscan component.
Andreas Holmström, CEO, and Sara Larsson, CMO, of ICU Intelligence will continue to work with Playscan AB at Svenska Spel.
This is one of the most successful Exits in the history of Encubator. Encubator owns 15% of the shares in ICU Intelligence and has therefore received 15% of the profit from the acquisition as well as will continue to own 15% in the remaining company, ICU Intelligence.
