A minimum of 830 000 shares and a maximum of 1 100 000 shares is offered, with a subscription price of SEK 6,75 per share. If successful and fully subscribed at the end of the subscription period, the proceeds to the company from the new share issue is approximately SEK 7,4M (before issuing costs). The company has received binding commitments for 0.7MSEK of the total offering. Layerlab will use the proceeds to finance development costs as well as costs for marketing of the company.
