Evaluation Process

If you have a potential business idea with an innovation possibility in need of an entrepreneurial team, the following steps will help you turn that idea into reality.

Make Contact:

The first thing to do, to start the idea process with Encubator, is to contact us. Together we can look for possibilities and help you if you need more information. 

There are several ways to do this:

• Send an email to ideas@encubator.com
• Fill in the form under idea submission and we will contact you as soon as possible
• Call one of our experienced idea recruiters on 031-772 83 34

After contact has been made, a meeting may be scheduled to discuss the idea further. If the idea does not necessarily suit Encubator's model, we will still contact you to give you feedback and recommend other incubators or other ways to proceed with your idea.

Evaluation

The evaluation process goes on all year around by our experienced business developers where potential projects are evaluated in areas like:

• technology foundation
• market capabilities
• intellectual property rights and protection
• cost
• time

Start of the realization

When the idea has been evaluated and it is ready to be turned into reality, a few steps are taken:

• A cooperation agreement between Encubator and the idea provider is created as a foundation for real venture creation.
• A presentation and first meeting is held with the students who will become the project managers.
• The projects are then matched with the most suitable and appropriate student teams.

Project initiation

The project foundation is formed with a student group as the CEO who reports to the idea provider as well as others involved in the project.

The managing students operate the business creation process with the guidance from Encubator, advisors, a board of directors and the school.
